Hina Dolls — A little more expensive than usual.

March 3rd (3.3) is Girl’s Day in Japan.

Small Hina Dolls are often put on display in family houses and the young girls of the family are wished good luck for the future.

The Hina Dolls can be quite cheap but the ones above are not. They are made of solid gold. And the gold price reached a record yesterday.
