Penguins live in and around the Antarctic in the southern hemisphere, and polar bears live around the Arctic in the northern hemisphere, so they never meet in the wild.
But there is one kind of penguin that lives north of the equator in the northern hemisphere.

The equator runs through Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands, and some of the islands in this mysterious chain are in the northern hemisphere, and are home to the Galapagos Penguins.
As far as we know there is no Galapagos Polar Bear, so this doesn’t alter the fact that wild penguins and polar bears never meet.
